Tucker Callaway is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezmo. Tucker has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, with an emphasis on developer and DevOps tools. He is responsible for driving Mezmo’s growth across all revenue streams and creating the foundation for future revenue streams and go-to-market strategies. Tucker joined Mezmo in January, 2020 as President and CRO and took the torch as CEO six months later.

Prior to Mezmo, Tucker served as CRO of Sauce Labs and Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Chef. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tucker and his wife, Andi Callaway, founded the Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting those diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, their families, and the ongoing search for a cure.

Amy Veater is the Vice President of People at Mezmo. She is a seasoned Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leader with a proven track record of assembling high performing teams for hyper-growth companies throughout Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining Mezmo, Amy was the Head of People and Culture at AVI Networks, where she developed and led all HR and staffing initiatives, contributing to the company’s successful acquisition by VMWare. Prior to joining AVI Networks, Amy coached the management team and grew key organizations at Palo Alto Networks. Amy also held senior leadership roles in both Human Resources and Recruiting at Network Appliance. During her seven years there, she provided all strategic and operational support for R&D, Mergers and Acquisitions, and worldwide Marketing, including the recruitment of key executives within these functions. Her operations experience includes being part of the team to set up Network Appliance’s first development and support office in Bangalore, India.

Amy began her career in Talent Acquisition and remains passionate about finding the right people who will help scale a company to the next level. She holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University.

Prior to Mezmo, Buddy held product executive roles at New Relic and Akamai, as well as previously founding a company in the front-end monitoring space. His background includes product and engineering leadership at scales ranging from early stage startups to public companies."

Ajay Khanna has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a long track record of building marketing organizations, scaling high-growth companies, and bringing new products to the market. Previously, he led marketing organizations as CMO of Explorium and Vice President Marketing at Reltio.

His product and marketing expertise stems from various leadership roles at large public enterprise software companies including Veeva Systems, Oracle, KANA, Progress, and Amdocs. He holds an engineering degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and an MBA in marketing and finance from Santa Clara University.

Sven Delmas is VP of Engineering at LogDNA. Sven leads the development team, as well as the teams responsible for operating the company’s cloud offering. Sven has been building and leading engineering teams for more than 20 years ranging from small startup teams to large globally distributed teams. Sven joined LogDNA after being responsible for the engineering organization at DataStax, the company that productized Apache Cassandra. Sven holds the degree of Diplom Informatiker from the Technical University Berlin in Germany.

When not changing the face of software engineering, Sven likes to save virtual worlds from the forces of evil, golf on courses designed for playability, and spend time with his family.

Norman Hsieh is the Vice President of Business Development of LogDNA. He oversees partnerships, alliances, and channels and is responsible for the success of our relationship with IBM Cloud.

Prior to joining LogDNA, Norman was an early hire at Ripple where he lead the efforts to build and develop an API platform for financial services to perform cross border payments over blockchain. Also an early hire at Yammer, Norman was a critical part of building the platform team which was responsible for growing the overall partner ecosystem from 0 to hundreds of partners. The partnerships were crucial to Yammer’s hyper-growth success and led to its acquisition in the fall of 2013 by Microsoft.

Norman holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Bill Balnave is the VP of Technical Services at Mezmo. He is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience building and leading technical solutions teams.

Before Mezmo, Bill worked with Tech Sales Advisors, developing a framework to help Sales Engineers improve their sales acumen and soft skills. This led to the first industry-wide certification program for technical sales.

He also led sales engineering, customer success, and product management teams for Apptio, HP, Mercury Interactive, and Pyramid Analytics. Bill has also authored Tech Sales Wasabi, an Amazon best-selling business leadership book.

Craig McAndrews is the Vice President of Sales at Mezmo. An accomplished Sales leader with over 20 years of Sales experience in the enterprise software industry with a particular focus on emerging technologies. Craig has a consistent record of success in building and leading revenue organizations at high-growth organizations.

Before Mezmo, he was the VP of Sales for the Americas at Labelbox where he led multiple teams that drove the introduction and adoption of an innovative data-oriented AI development within some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies. Craig held several Sales leadership positions at Chef Software and led Oracle’s North America Mid-Market Commerce team.

Outside of work Craig spends his time traveling, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two kids. He also volunteers at great organizations such as Mentor-Up and Oregon Adaptive Sports.

Doug Bielecki serves Mezmo as our Vice President of Finance, overseeing all aspects of Finance/IT and People functions for the business.  As a successful Finance leader, Doug brings 15+ years of big technology and startup experience in and around the software space.  Doug has a knack for building things from the ground-up, laying the foundation, while helping companies scale in high-growth environments.

Prior to Mezmo, Doug was the Head of Finance at BetterUp, leading multiple teams while helping scale the company's performance and operations during his tenure. Prior to BetterUp, Doug was the Head of Corporate Finance at Eventbrite, supporting their private to public company conversion (IPO Sep 2018) as a trusted partner to the founders and leadership team.

Doug enjoys spending time outside of work with his growing family, trying to spend as much time outdoors or on the beach as possible. Doug played college football for the Sacramento State Hornets, before finishing his Bachelors in Corporate Financial Management (Finance & Accounting) at San Jose State University.

Lauren Nagel is the VP of Product at Mezmo. Drawing on a decade of experience leading product for successful developer tools in both Observability and Security, she drives the product strategy and manages the PM and Design team at Mezmo. Lauren is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience leading and scaling tech products.

As VP of Product at StackHawk, Lauren created significant growth by orchestrating a strategic shift from a PLG/SMB focus to serving large enterprise corporations and establishing key partnerships. At New Relic, she managed the Observability platform, enhancing product experience and performance. Previously, at Akamai, she led the Digital Performance Management line, driving strategic shifts to strengthen market position. Lauren is known for her collaborative spirit and strategic leadership.  

Outside of work Lauren cherishes her role as a mom and enjoys spending time hiking, traveling, and finding new adventures abroad and in her native California with her family.

She was previously the co-founder and CEO of usermind, responsible for company vision, strategic direction, planning and execution. Michel’s enterprise software career spans almost 20 years with roles in sales, products, strategic marketing and general management. Before founding usermind, Michel was VP of Products at Apptio, where she drove product strategy, defined the category and discipline of Technology Business Management and helped grow the company from 30 to almost 400 employees.

Michel led the acquisition of Opsware by HP Software for $1.6B, managed the combined Opsware, Radia and AppIq product teams and defined the Service Automation category. She also spent almost 8 years at Mercury Interactive learning how to build world class products like LoadRunner and QualityCenter which made customer’s lives better.
