LogDNA is now Mezmo but the product you know and love is here to stay.

Three years ago, when we released Embedded Views into beta, we were excited to enable customers to share log lines in a customized way outside of our web application. However, it's become clear that the vast majority of our users prefer having the full functionality of our web application when exploring their logs rather than using an Embedded View.

While it’s never easy to sunset a feature, we wanted to ensure that our team can focus on improving our core feature set and deliver new features that create more value for our customers. Therefore, on February 22nd, 2021, Embedded Views will no longer be able to be created or updated, and on March 29th, 2021 they will be disabled entirely for all existing users.

All existing customers using Embedded Views will have their account administrators and owners notified via email. Furthermore we will have notices within our application and in the Embedded View themselves to ensure all users are aware of this upcoming change.

Customers looking to consume log lines outside of our application can explore using our log line exporting API or CLI Utility.

We’re excited to share more in the upcoming months about the new product developments our team has been working on. If you have any feedback about Embedded Views being sunsetted, please reach out to michael.shi@logdna.com.
